These little girls are absolutely hilarious. They are so cute and play So well together. Much less drama than one might think. There is only a 4 month span between the 4 of them. And there are two Addilyns. Random, right? Last week Addi and I hosted. We painted nails which they of course loved.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize the little things were the big things. ~Robert Brault

Easter Morning
I know... a little slow on the uptake but here it is. Easter morning in the Wyeth home. Nothing too great but the kids were happy the Easter Bunny came... and the Easter Bunny was happy because she (actually, Carter decided that the Easter Bunny is a boy because he wears a bow tie...) found awesome movies at Target for $6.99. Woo hoo! Gotta say, this holiday stuff gets better every year with the kids. They are SO much fun! And don't worry, we went over several times the REAL reason we celebrate Easter. :)
Everything is going in her mouth these days. Don't leave your shoes lying around.

Easter Egg Hunt: Take 2
We had another Easter Egg hunt at Kelly's house with the cousins on Saturday morning. It was so much fun. Despite living rather close together, we rarely all get together. We see each other, but not at formal get togethers like this. It was a blast and the kids got TONS of candy... which the Easter Bunny borrowed to put in their Easter baskets the following morning. Thanks for the good time, guys! Gotta love floof-ovs and plastic eggs.
Carson... yummy candy!

Easter Egg Hunt: Take 1
Every year Miss Jodi (Carter and Addilyn's over-the-top pre-school teacher who I ADORE) always has an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids every year. It's quite the production complete with doughnuts and milk afterwards. They enjoyed themselves thoroughly... as did I.
Waiting for the festivities to begin.

Tag broke his leg on a trampoline a few weeks ago. He was a champ at the Easter Egg Hunt scooting around. He and Addilyn adore each other!! So do he and Carter for that matter.
True Story... Mommy Moment
Tonight at dinner Carter was eating with his fingers rather than a fork. Bryan told him he needed to use his fork. This was the conversation that ensued:
C: Why do I need to use my fork? I want to use my fingers instead.
B: Carter, you know how there are germs on things? Well, there are germs on your hands from everything you touch. When you eat with your fingers you get germs on the food and they get into your body. Then you could get sick from the germs. Just use your fork.
C: But Dad. Did you know that we have these things called white blood cells in our bodies that get rid of the germs and keep us healthy?
Bryan went right on talking about the different aspects of white blood cells. I stopped him mid thought and asked him if he thought it was at all odd that our not-even-5 year old knows about white blood cells. He said yes but he probably heard about it from his preschool teacher or on a TV show. So, I asked Carter where he learned about them.
C: From The Magic School Bus: The Human Body. I read that book in my room.
Is that amazing to anyone aside from me? He's my kid. I'm allowed to brag. Period. Oh, and I love him. Dearly.

Bradley and Jessi's Wedding
A month late... but letter late than never, right? It was a beautiful day (well, two days actually...) and we are so glad we were able to be a part of it. They are such a cute couple and we can't wait to get to know Jessi better. These are all from the Luncheon which was just family at the Wyeth's home. It was really fun to spend time with the cousins and get to know Jessi's family a little tiny bit.

Bubbles
Kids love bubbles. I won't even pretend that it's MY kids... because it's all kids! While we were in San Diego a few weeks ago Addilyn wanted to play with bubbles. I must admit, I am not a big bubble fan. They are messy, sticky, and just kinda yucky. But, whatever. So, she decided to play, blow, and eat them. She's just so stinking cute before she gets her hair all "Medusa-esque".
She always does this with her toes. I love it. It's just so "her."
