For New Years we headed up to Driggs, Idaho. Bryan's sister, Nicole was way too pregnant to travel (had the babe the day after we left). It was so fun to take the kids to the snow. Addi wanted NOTHING to do with it. Far too cold for the princess that she is. Carter however, absolutely loved it. We had to tell him a million times that we weren't in the North Pole and that we weren't in Canada (where Uncle Bradley served his mission). There was tons of snow and the weather was surprisingly nice.
Of course Addi (and Daddy) fell asleep once we were almost to Idaho. She was rearing and ready to go during the flight to SLC and then for the 3 hour layover. All tuckered out.

We had a game night on New Years Eve. One game required Bryan to wax part of his leg. It was pretty nasty but he took it like a man. ;)
Another game Naomi, Noelle, and Bry all had to put as many marshmallows in their mouths as possible. Naomi got a whopping three. Noelle did a little better, but they didn't stand a chance against Bryan.
Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by, that's right, snow. I don't know how well you can see Bryan (bottom towards the left) but that is his signature face for pictures. Makes me nuts! He thinks it's funny. (Sometimes I think he's still 12.)
